Winemaker Romain Petiteau now leads this 17th century estate into the future by matching ancient techniques with modern ideas. For the past decade they have been dedicating their efforts to Organic certification and obtained this from AB in 2021.

A delightfully delicious example of what natural wine can be. This iteration is on the funkier side than in the past, but that’s all part of the fun!

Grapes: Chardonnay 60% & Pinot Gris 40%
