Because we curate and source specific wines directly for your order, allocations are locked quickly. Cancellations and refunds are strictly prohibited once order processing has begun (typically within 24 hours of purchase), except in verified cases of transit damage, loss, or fulfillment failure.

Please understand that we cannot offer refunds based on personal taste, or wines that have been mishandled while in your care. Mineralista Wines LLC retails sole power to determine if a refund for opened wine is appropriate.
