Shipping policy

Shipping & Local Delivery: We offer a personalized local delivery experience to most zip codes in King County. Rates for local delivery are based on zip code. We also offer nationwide shipping to most US states to any home or office. Rates for shipping are based on weight/bottle quantity. Wine Club is released throughout the 2nd week of the month; those receiving a local delivery should anticipate hearing from us in the first few days of the month to schedule delivery / those receiving through a shipping carrier will receive tracking info to their email. No matter how you receive your wine, an adult 21+ must be present to receive (a perk of our personalized local delivery option!). All other retail orders will be sent out for delivery within 5 business days, depending on vendor availability. If our checkout system isn't accepting your delivery address, please email info@mineralistawines.com so we can troubleshoot together.

US States we CANNOT ship to at this time: Delaware, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah

Returns: For local deliveries returns will be rare (since we must deliver to an adult 21+ and will always verify that the order is correct at the time of delivery). For any incorrect order received through a shipping partner, please email info@mineralistawines.com ASAP so that we may work together to resolve the situation.
