Shipping policy

Shipping: We offer nationwide shipping to all US states EXCEPT: Delaware, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.

An adult 21+ must be present to receive. Individual bottle retail orders will be sent out for delivery within 5 business days, depending on vendor availability. If our checkout system isn't accepting your delivery address, please email info@mineralistawines.com.

Please allow 7–14 days for order fulfillment via standard ground delivery. This timeline accounts for direct sourcing from independent importers and weather-related shipping holds when necessary. Expedited shipping may be available upon request and rates will be quoted before payment.

Planning for a specific event? If you need your wine by a specific date, contact us at info@mineralistawines.com before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless we've confirmed them with you in advance.

Every shipment is fully insured by Mineralista Wines. To protect your wine from extreme heat or cold, we monitor weather conditions along its shipping route. If temperatures are unsafe for transit, your order may be held in our climate-controlled warehouse until it can be shipped safely. If you choose to have your order shipped during unsafe temperatures, heat- or cold-related damage is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
