How It Works

1. Choose Your Quantity
Pick 3 or 6 bottles per shipment, and your box will be delivered to your doorstep every two months.

2. Alexa Does The Rest
She curates a new seasonal selection from small producers worldwide. Rare finds, not grocery store staples.

3. We Bring It To You
We ship to most US states via UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for order fulfillment and standard ground delivery. Make sure an adult (21+) is home to sign for the wine!

4. Sip & Discover
The best part. Each bottle comes with a tasting story and serving guidance. You'll actually know what you're drinking and why you love it.


Common Questions

Do you ship to my state?

We ship to all US states except for: Delaware, Mississippi, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.

Do you deliver locally?

We only provide local delivery to private events. Please inquire at info@mineralistawines.com.

When will I get my wine?
  • Wine Club: Boxes ship on a bi-monthly cycle. Keep an eye on your inbox around mid-month for your release notification with tracking details!
  • Bottle Shop: Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
  • Weather Delays: During periods of extreme weather, orders may be temporarily held in a climate-controlled environment until it is safe to ship. This ensures your wine arrives exactly as the winemakers intended.
What if I need my wine sooner/by a specific date?

If you need your wine by a specific date, contact us at info@mineralistawines.com before placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless we've confirmed them with you in advance.

Do I have to be home to receive the wine?

Yes. The law requires an adult 21+ sign for alcohol deliveries.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yep! You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account portal.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once submitted, as we begin sourcing wines immediately after purchase. If you notice an error in your order, please contact info@mineralistawines.com within 1 hour of purchase to request a correction. 

What if there is a quality issue with my wine?

If you believe you received a faulty bottle, keep the bottle corked and contact us at info@mineralistawines.com within 30 days. We will work with our distributors to issue a replacement or credit. Please note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for bottles based on personal taste preference.
