HOW WINE CLUB WORKS

Step 1: Choose your box personality
Choose between seasonal mixes of Fun, Fabulous (our personal favorite), Fancy, or a Custom Box option.

Step 2: Choose your quantity
We currently offer wine club in both 3 bottle and 6 bottle amounts.

Step 3: Choose your delivery frequency
A new Club box is curated each month by our Sommelier Alexa, however our subscription is flexible to allow for customers to choose whether they want delivery every 1, 2, or 3 months.

Step 4: Choose your delivery method in checkout
We offer local delivery to many addresses within King County, and make these deliveries ourselves. We also offer Washington Statewide shipping. Usually for addresses in the Seattle area Local Delivery is the more affordable option, so feel free to play around in the checkout with different addresses, like your home or office to see how the rate changes. Local is based on zip code, whereas shipping is based on weight.

Step 5: Sit back, relax, and let us deliver your wine straight to you!
Keep an eye out for correspondence from us you during the first half of the month to schedule your delivery, which will take place around the 15th of the month. Once you hear from us, just mark your calendar and remember to be home during your delivery window to receive your box. And if you are receiving via UPS, keep an eye out for tracking info sent from us.

What is your delivery zone?
We currently deliver to most addresses within King County. Washington Statewide shipping is also available.

I don't live in your delivery zone but want to buy your wine, help!
We are just dipping our toes into the shipping world and beginning with Washington State. However we expect to expand to a few others soon, so please reach out if you want to add your state to our short list!

When will I receive my first box?
We deliver Wine Club around the 15th of each month. New subscriptions received on or before the last day of each month will be included in the following month's deliveries. If you ordered from our retail shop, that will be ready within 5 business days. We will email you ahead of time to arrange your delivery window.

When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase, whether one-time or subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew the month prior to your next delivery on the 15th of that month.

When do you deliver?
We make our own deliveries to most addresses in King County and also utilize UPS for Washington Statewide shipping. No matter which delivery method you choose in checkout, our curated boxes are sent out around the 15th of each month and single bottle retail orders within 5 business days.

What is the delivery fee?
For local delivery: Depending on your zip code, the delivery charge listed at checkout will dynamically change based on your shipping address, so feel free to use your work address if that yields a better rate! We currently offer 5 delivery zones that range from $11 up to $40 for orders more than 50 miles round trip (that's our "local delivery" radius from the warehouse). 

For Washington Statewide shipping: We work with a 3rd party shipper to help us with shipping and those rates are flat throughout the state, but do change based on bottle quantity (weight) ordered. Shipping rates start at $23 for a single bottle and go up to $44 for 12 bottles, etc.

What if I can't be home for my delivery?
Washington State law dictates that we deliver into the embrace of an actual human, aged 21+. If you won't be home to accept your delivery, consider using your office address instead. A big benefit our customers experience when using our local delivery option is that we personally coordinate each delivery via text message with the customer to make sure their wine will come at the right time for them and their week. (UPS doesn't give you a heads up!)

I just joined Wine Club, will I know which wines are in my curated box ahead of time?
Ahead of time, no, and that is part of the fun! Each month's wines have been carefully selected by our sommelier Alexa to reflect the beautiful variety the world's vineyards can offer while respecting the earth and always tasting super delicious. If you're still curious for a peak, head over to our single bottle retail section where you can see the entire selection of past boxes (plus a few more we just couldn't resist including). If something catches your eye, you can buy it straight from there for delivery within 5 business days.

Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Email info@mineralistawines.com and we will put something together for whatever occasion you are planning, be it your friend's wedding or just next Wednesday.

I am going out of town, can I pause my subscription?
Absolutely! Our subscriptions are very flexible; start, change, pause, skip, or cancel at any time. Just log into your account to make any modifications you need.

Can I cancel my subscription?
We will miss you, but yes! If you need to leave, be on the lookout for an email that comes to your inbox 3 days prior to your subscription renewing. Use the link in this email (or simply log into your account on our site) to manage your subscription by skipping, canceling, or otherwise modifying your order. If you have further questions or concerns, email info@mineralistawines.com.
