HOW WINE CLUB WORKS
Step 1: Choose your box personality
Choose between seasonal mixes of 'Fun Monthly 6' or 'Fancy Quarterly 4.'
Step 2: Choose your delivery frequency
For Fun Monthly Club we offer 3 options for delivery frequency: every 1, 2, or 3 months.
For Fancy Quarterly Club we deliver, well, quarterly!
While we hope you join us with a subscription, we also offer one-time purchases. Just remember to check back and sign up for another box when you're running low! ;)
Step 3: Sit back, relax, and let us deliver your wine straight to you!
Keep an eye on your email inbox since we'll be emailing (or texting if you prefer) you during the first week of the month to schedule your delivery, which will take place throughout the 2nd week of the month. Once you hear from us, just mark your calendar and remember to be home during your delivery window to receive your box.
What is your delivery zone?
We currently deliver to any address within King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties.
I don't live in your delivery zone but want to buy your wine, help!
Currently, we can accommodate home delivery to addresses within King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties. We hope to expand into shipping throughout Washington State soon.
That being said, we would still love to include you! So if you live elsewhere in Washington State please email email@example.com to discuss current options.
When will I receive my first box?
Deliveries go out during the 2nd week of each month. Boxes ordered on or before the last day of each month will be included in the following month's deliveries. If you ordered from our retail section, that will be delivered within 5 business days. We will email you ahead of time to arrange your delivery window.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
When do you deliver?
We make our own deliveries to King, Snohomish, & Pierce Counties. Our curated boxes are delivered during the 2nd week of each month. We deliver single bottle retail orders within 5 business days.
If you live in Washington State but outside this delivery zone, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss shipping/pickup options.
Is there a delivery fee?
We make all our own deliveries ourselves, it's truly a hands-on operation. We keep our costs as low as humanly possible, but we have to cover our gas to get to and from your home or office each month. We currently charge $7 per delivery to cover most of those costs.
What if I can't be home for my delivery?
Washington State law dictates that we deliver into the arms of an actual human, aged 21+. If you won't be home to accept your delivery, consider using your office address instead.

Will I know which wines are in my curated box ahead of time?
Ahead of time, no, and that is part of the fun! Each month's wines have been carefully selected by our sommelier Alexa to reflect the beautiful variety the world's vineyards can offer while respecting the earth and always tasting super delicious. If you're still curious for a peak, head over to our single bottle retail section where you can see the entire selection of past boxes (plus a few more we just couldn't resist including). If something catches your eye, you can buy it straight from there for delivery within 5 business days.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put something together for whatever occasion you are planning, be it your sister's wedding or just next Wednesday.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We will miss you, but yes! If you need to leave, be on the lookout for an email that comes to your inbox 3 days prior to your subscription renewing. Use the link in this email (or simply log into your account on our site) to manage your subscription by skipping, canceling, or otherwise modifying your order.
