How the Club Works
1. Choose Your Quantity
Select a 3-bottle or 6-bottle curation.
2. Set Your Frequency
Alexa curates a new box every month. You can choose to receive yours every 1, 2, or 3 months—whatever fits your drinking habits.
3. Check Out & Delivery
We handle local deliveries within King County ourselves (it’s usually the most affordable option for Seattle locals!). We also ship nationwide via UPS. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your zip code and order weight.
4. Sip & Relax
If you're local, we’ll text or email you during the first half of the month to schedule your delivery (usually around the 15th). If we're shipping your box, keep an eye out for UPS tracking info. Mark your calendar—an adult (21+) must be home to sign for the wine!

Where do you deliver?
We personally deliver across King County and ship nationwide via UPS.
When will I get my wine?
- Wine Club: Delivered or shipped around the 15th of each month. Join by the last day of the month to get into the next month’s rotation.
- Bottle Shop: Individual retail orders are processed and ready to head your way within 5 business days.
What are the delivery fees?
- Local Delivery (King County): Ranges from $11 to $40 based on your distance from our Seattle warehouse. Feel free to play around at checkout—sometimes your work address yields a better rate!
- Nationwide Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of your bottles and your final destination.
Do I have to be home to receive the wine?
Yes. The law requires a human 21+ to sign for alcohol deliveries. If you won't be home during the day, we highly recommend using an office address.
- For Local Delivery: We personally text you to coordinate a delivery window that actually works for your schedule.
- For Nationwide Shipping: UPS will provide tracking so you know exactly which day your bottles are landing.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course. Our subscriptions are totally flexible. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account portal. You’ll also get a reminder email 3 days before any renewal just in case you need to make a change.
