Known universally as the "father of Albariño,” Santiago Ruiz was a visionary of his time and a great ambassador for Rías Baixas wines. His wine tells a beautiful family story through its label: the map that one of his daughters drew for the guests to arrive at her wedding more than 50 years ago.
