Roberto & Elena have been running this natural wine estate together for the past 30 years. They have farmed Organically since day 1 and have recently introduced some work-horses to help solve the problem of soil compaction. Commercial winemaking can be hard on the land, and the soil, and it is techniques like this and thoughtful people like Elena & Roberto that can make all the difference. This red is a lovely natural expression of the traditional Italian Sangiovese; it still retains the lively red fruit and dusty tannins you’d expect from a Sangio, but there is a lovely brightness and juiciness that a slight chill will do wonders for!

Grapes: Sangiovese 85%, mystery grapes! 15%
