Uniquely situated to produce the highest acid, most mineral-driven wines in a region known for round and rich, the estate has been in the Maillet family for 4 generations. 1999 brought about a new era for the winery, with Nicolas making and bottling his own wines under the family name, whereas for the past 100 years they were sold to the local co-op.

This Chardonnay is a real joy to drink, no matter what end of the Chard spectrum you fall on.
