Its Première Cru designation indicates this was grown Fourchaume, one of only 40 climats (“named plots”) in the already tiny area of Chablis. These plots not only boast the rare Kimmeridgian Limestone soil, but also the coveted east-facing sloped vineyards, giving this Chardonnay a complex, fruity minerality.

The Fèvre Family history in Chablis dates back to the 1700s, and always a connection to the land and the vine. SRP $50
