Mylonas is a small 3rd generation family winery just south of Athens. While 3 generations is relatively young in this part of the world, they are still doing their part to nourish the rich history of this region’s prized grape variety for over 3,000 years -- Savatiano. Their philosophy centers around minimal intervention from vine to bottle; this is of course environmentally friendly and socially responsible choice, but it’s also the best way to consistently make fine wine.
Though this Greek sparkling wine is made in an ancient way using an ancient grape, but the results are clean, modern, and delicious.
