As is (thankfully) so commonly the case nowadays, when the next generation takes over, they transition to Organic farming. The Julien brothers took over their family farm in the 1980s, with a view to immediately transition everything to Organics. But they go beyond simply farming Organically; in the winery itself they keep additives and extra processes to a minimum, while still maintaining a high standard for flavor and style.
Grape: Cinsault 60% & Grenache 40%
