Winemaker since 2014, Eugenia is the 4th generation of the Paolini Family, nurturing this land just outside the famous town of Montepulciano. Her son has a masters in herbology and brings a fresh perspective to Biodynamic Farming, such as experimenting with treatments made of herbs and seaweed to save them from having to use even widely accepted Organic treatments such as copper and sulfur in the vineyard.
