Bree and Chad Stock are blazing trails and making a name for themselves in the Willamette. I first learned about Chad when he took over as winemaker at David Hill (another favorite Oregon winery), though he consults for many projects. They founded Ltd.+ with an aim to nurture the diversity of varietals that thrive in Oregon. Playing off what grows well now and what will adapt as our planet warms seems to be a particular aim. This blend is their prime example of such a venture.

Grapes: Pinot Gris, Muscat, & Riesling

Region: Eola Springs Vineyard, Willamette Valley, Oregon

Good To Know: Organic, Sustainable (LIVE Cert.), dry farm, skin contact PG + ambient co-ferment with Muscat and Riesling, aged in neutral oak, unfined, zero additives
