“Reasoned Agriculture.”

The winemakers who are a part of this micro-coop ‘Les Vignerons de Mancey’ practice what is called “Reasoned Agriculture” in all their vineyards. This requires compliance with specifications which minimize the negative impacts of wine growing and winemaking activity on the environment and on sustainable development. Founded in 1929, they are still very much focused on letting the unique terroirs of each of their growers shine through, with small batches from small groups.
