Josep i Pau is a project exclusive to the Seattle area, with the Seattle importer Vin2U working directly with the Rosell Mir family to create these special wines. The Rosell Mir family has farmed this land 30 km south of Barcelona since the 1400s. By 1979 the 17th generation Josep Rosell decided 500 years of selling grapes to other people was enough, it was high time to bottle their own juice and slap a family label on it, and thus Rosell Mir was born.
This is a full-bodied cava with traditional leanings while still a unique experience.
