itä wines -- Rosé of Primitivo
itä wines -- Rosé of Primitivo
I am giddy with excitement at this project, a refreshing change from your typical Washington State wines. itä wines are lighter bodied wines with racy acidity, and founder/winemaker Kelsey Albro Itämeri’s low-impact winemaking styles reflects that via early pick dates, a restrained use of oak, and minimal fining/filtration in the winery. I’ve never tasted anything like it from Washington State and I am thrilled to think that we might begin to see more diversity in our incredible home state.
This Washington Rosé drinks like the classiest Provençal style pink that you ever did see. Extremely well made, and so drinkable all year round.
