Light red, chill-able (required!), & gulp-able, as the name suggests ;)

Okay bear with me here. If this is a kitchen sink blend then it’s an overachiever, clocking in at 16 different varietals: Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo, Moscatel de Alejandra, Moscatel de Grano Pequeo, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Tempranillo, Graciano, Merlot, Monastrell, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and last but not least Garnacha. It's an easy drinking, light bodied wine with flavors of red fruits and fresh herbs. Hang on, it’s also biodynamic? Definitely recommend serving this paradox chilled. As in put it in the refrigerator, please. As for the winery, this is the dream project of 3 brothers who honor their home region of La Mancha with each grape they grow in such a thoughtful and careful way.
