Today, the volcanic region of Etna has been instrumental in putting Sicily on the map and earning respect for its indigenous varieties. Organics and Sustainability are quickly becoming standard practice, and Gebbia is no exception. Led by Vito Lauria for the past 12 years, this family winery focuses on traditional Sicilian varieties grown in high elevation vineyards vineyards, giving their wines a much desired brightness.
