We're talking mushrooms, root vegetables, dark hearty greens -- flavors that are still on the subtle side but that do need something backing them up. This earthy Pinot Noir will make any Fall meal more special.

This is a classic French Pinot Noir from a 3rd generation family winery in Les Hautes Côtes de Beaune region of Burgundy. The domain is certified Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE), France's highest level of agricultural certification, which rewards wineries who use sustainable farming practices to protect biodiversity, manage water, and limit synthetic pesticides.
