Domaine Elisa Gueneau -- Sancerre Rosé 'Le Chavignolet'

If everyone could spend this much on Rosé, I’m sure it would be everyone’s favorite. Although with how limited the production is for this wine, there isn’t enough to go around! Owner/winemaker Elisa Gueneau strives to find the balance between the vines’ needs and a respect of the terroir which has been so generously given to us by Mother Nature. Her family history in Sancerre dates back as far as anyone can remember, with farming always at the heart. Her father Alain started their path into wine in 1970.
