A new winery based in tradition. Since 2011 the Cavendini Family has been growing and making their own wines Valpolicella. They have a keen focus on Sustainability, with their winery using 100% renewable energy, and intentional wild grasses are left to grow in the vineyards whose presence allows for eliminating the use of herbicides.
Valpolicella is known for one of the kings of the wine world, Amarone, an intense and prized aged red wine made from dried grapes. This Valpolicella Classico uses the same grapes but is made in a light, fresh style, and is perfect when served with a slight chill.
Grapes: Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 30%
