Château Fontanche is a very special project. Gilles Cantons seized the opportunity to take over a vineyard nestled in the heart of a nature reserve, and thus a personal dream was realized:
“to become a winemaker and rediscover the pure values of the land and nature.”
Gilles carries on his family’s winemaking traditions with passion and reason. With a family history in the Languedoc vineyards dating back to the 1930s, he is responsible for bringing his family’s history into the future.
Grape: Syrah 40%, Grenache 40%, Carignan 20%
