Producing Champagne in this region since 1925, they have only been Certified Organic since 2022. However new they are to certification, their piercing attention to this detail is noticeable. They maintain a ‘lieu-dit’ approach, which means always keeping their eye on the prize: coaxing out of the vines the most precise expression of their unique terroir as possible. Thomas Lombard is the new head of this winery, and it will be exciting to see how it evolves under his leadership and pursuit to become the best Grower-Producer out there.
