Celler Frisach -- l’Abrunet Blanc

For 200+ years the Ferré family has been farming in Terra Alta, growing and selling their grapes and olives to the local market. For brothers Francesc and Joan 2009 would bring an exciting change; when a large buyer cancelled their order at the last minute, the brothers decided to simply keep their well-tended grapes for themselves and thus the Frisach family winery was born.

Winery: 14 hour skin contact, spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, unfined/unfiltered, zero sulfites or additives
