A trusted group of farmers, many of whom farm organically, contribute fruit as an organized co-op to make this wine. Co-ops are useful things for the truly small producers of the world. With a history spanning more than a century, these farmers committed to joining forces in 2006, to share their knowledge and experience with one another, thereby raising the quality standards for not only themselves but the region as a whole. They have created one of the best price/quality ratio for bubbles I have ever found.
