Ca' del Sarto -- Barbera d'Alba

Ca' del Sarto is a collaborative wine project initiated in 1998 by Enotec Imports. This venture brings together a network of small-scale, sustainably-minded vintners from various Italian regions, including Friuli, Tuscany, Piemont, and Sicily. The wines produced under the Ca' del Sarto label are handcrafted and small-batch, reflecting the unique terroirs of these regions. While not all participating vineyards are certified organic, the emphasis is on sustainable farming practices and authentic winemaking. This importer-partnership model allows Enotec Imports to curate a portfolio of wines that are both accessible and expressive of Italy's diverse wine heritage.
