Bow & Arrow -- Melon de Bourgogne

Scott Frank is the man behind Bow & Arrow. I love the approach that he takes when interpreting the beautiful Willamette Valley that he and his winery call home. Whereas most folks in the wine industry in the Willamette value and enhance the similarities between their region and that of France's Burgundy, Scott sees it another way. The simple blue-collar agricultural collection of soil across various AVAs reminds him of what France's Loire Valley brings to the world of wine, and he echos those ideals instead.
