Bodegas Nodus -- Chaval Bobal Rosé

Strawberries and cream abound! This is shockingly good for the price. Certified Organic wine from the larger Spanish Nodus Estate founded in 1985 by Adolfo de las Heras Marín. This Bobal rosé was made in the traditional but seldom used saignée method; the Bobal grapes that make up this wine also were made into single varietal reds, waste not want not!
