A great example of “natural” wine made by one of the largest Organic co-ops in all of Spain. You can be big and still do things well! Never more than 9 miles from any of their vineyards, the wines represent the strong variety that Spain can offer. Latúe integrates entrepreneurship, ecology, sustainability, social responsibility, quality, and innovation into everything they do. Founded in 1954, and with 450 families currently participating, this co-op remains central to this village’s economy and way of life.
