Bodega Cruzat -- Brut Rosé
Bodega Cruzat -- Brut Rosé
“A sparkling Cruzat is not for an ideal moment. It is the ideal moment.”
Pedro Rosell is Argentina’s King of Bubbles, and Cruzat founder and winemaker. Founded in 2004 with the singular goal of producing South America’s finest sparkling wines. And imho, at this price point they certainly succeeded. The elevation of the vineyards combined with the very low dosage (sugar added at bottling) creates elegance and intensity rarely found outside of Champagne.
