Boccadigabbia -- Ribona

The province of Macerata is the only place in the entire world where you can find Ribona vines, so this is a real treat. The current owners of Boccadigabbia, The Alessandri Family, are the 2nd family to own this beautiful land since its history began in the 1700s.

A crisp, flavorful white that will be delicious alongside most dishes but especially seafood, as it is indigenous to the hills alongside the Adriatic Sea. If it grows there, it goes there!

Grapes: Ribona (Maceratino) 100% (extremely rare!)

Good to know: Organic Hand harvested, 25 year old vines, 12 hour maceration, fermented and aged in stainless
