A family history and ties to winemaking in the region begins in 1570. What a legacy to live up to, and Justin Girardin does just that. As one of the most exciting young names in the region, Justin represents the 13th generation with precision and passion. Winemaking with transparency, using only native yeast, and very restrained use of new oak. Clonal biodiversity is also key to the family’s philosophy on preserving the complexity of finished wines.
