With so much Côtes du Rhone on the market shelves, you’ve likely had a few. I’m sure you even enjoyed them. I am betting you’ll like this one even more, not only for its complex characteristics in the glass but more so for how it was made; it is highly unusual for a CdR to fall into the natural wine category. Biodynamic, organic, wild yeast? And it still tastes like WINE? This is a good find indeed. Husband and wife team Nelly & Arnaud didn’t inherit vineyards, they planted them from scratch. That’s how badly they wanted this. Let’s thank them for their passion & integrity by drinking more of their wine.
