For over 400 years this land has been tended to by father and son (hoping a daughter or two got her hands in there at some point!). While always keeping a tab on modern techniques, their farming is natural and their cellar-work is hands-off. Best of both worlds!

Farming: 25 year old vines, clay limestone soil, HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale)

Winery: Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast in stainless, aged in stainless
