Anthony Perol -- 'Pierres Dorées' Beaujolais Blanc

The Perol family has farmed this land since 1912, in the heart of the Pierres Dorées in the small hamlet of La Colletière near the medieval village of Châttillon d’Azergues. At age 23, Pierre took over for his father Frederic in 2013 and now leads the charge, as both winemaker and farmer. Farming organically since 2005 and with great respect for nature, they also raise native French Salers cows who are an integral part of the vineyard.
