A total diamond in the Priorat rough, this wine sees no new oak, and is made in a style that is actually meant for drinking, not cellaring. And at this price we can do just that. Much of modern day Priorat is made with European varietals and tons of new oak, and this lovely traditional blend is a refreshing reminder of what wine can be when we just let it do its thing.
