Surrounded by olive and almond trees, this vineyard is near the Olèreda Castle, whose origins date back to the Iberians. The first written references of wine being made on the Finca Viladellops date back to 1877, and production continued until 1980. The Desvalls Family breathed new life into the land in 1999, with a “100% Mediterranean wine-making project. Wines that seek to transmit a typical spirit by using the area’s indigenous varieties as their basis.” This Grenache is as fresh and fruity as it is intriguing.
